The principle of my coaching is to accompany you by questioning, so that you find your own solutions and motivations to reach your personal goal on one or more of these aspects:

• Managing emotions and thoughts
• Relational or behavioural difficulties at work
• Adult career guidance
• Managing family relationships
• Relationship or educational difficulties with the child
